On the occasion of European Heritage Days, the Mansart Foundation offered a unique visit to Bagatelle Castle and the Trianon, both currently undergoing restoration.
Throughout the weekend, the Foundation's volunteers guided numerous visitors on a historical and artistic journey spanning over two centuries.
The attending public had the opportunity to discover the life of Sir Richard Wallace, the renowned philanthropist and owner of Bagatelle, through an exhibition in collaboration with the Wallace Collection.
While exploring the site, visitors also followed the progress of the restoration work carried out by the architecture firm Perrot & Richard, the project manager H. Chevalier, and the companies of the Ateliers de France group.
The Mansart Foundation thanks the visitors for their support and enthusiasm, which inspire us to work every day for the preservation of cultural heritage.
